    I too would very much like to find a way to vocalize YHWH in such a way as to make clear that we are speaking a proper name. But how do we do so and yet respect our Jewish brethren.

    I find offensive Myers’s statements that the Jewish practice of not vocalizing the name of God is mere superstition. This Jewish practice signifies something very important, and we must respect it, especially if we are going to continue to claim that Christians worship the God of Israel.
